About Yesha Ministries

Yesha Ministries began as a single Tae Kwon Do class at Neptune Baptist Church, Neptune Beach, Florida on June 14, 1983. Classes began with 5 to 7 students and continued to grow rapidly. Within a few years, the classes had enlarged to approximately forty. Many requests began coming in from prisons, detention facilities, and other areas requesting that our youth share their capabilities, as well as their testimonies. It was obvious that God was bless mg the ministry because of the continued growth. By 1988, a demonstration team, for touring, had been elected and the ministry exploded. From there branches in other churches began to be set up, keeping the Christian principles along with the art/sport training.

Soon we realized that there must be a format to assist other martial artists who have accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior. We provide the necessary information for establishing ministries in individual churches.

For this reason the format you are reading was developed. It includes the desire of our heart, which is to serve Jesus Christ in the way he has apportioned us.
